RENTAL CONDITIONS/BOOKING POLICY
WINTER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The first nights accommodation rate + taxes is due at time of booking. For bookings
5 days or longer, 20% of the total amount due, is taken as a deposit. If the booking is
made within 30 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at time of booking. The
deposit is NON refundable. It is not possible to change your choice of unit less than 30
days prior to arrival, nor can deposits be transferred to other unitsPayments
by credit card only - VISA, MasterCard or AMEX
Final payment is automatically taken 30 days prior to arrival.

SUMMER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The greater of a $100.00 deposit or the first nights accommodation rate, + taxes,
is taken at the time of your booking. For bookings 5 days or longer 20% of the total
amount due is taken as a deposit. Full payment will be taken at the time of the booking,
should your arrival be within 7 days. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
Payments by credit card only - VISA, MasterCard or AMEX
Final payment is automatically taken 7 days prior to arrival.
Mountain Vacation Homes may cancel the reservation if final payment is not received. No
money is refunded if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival. You
cannot switch units 7 days or less prior to arrival.
The owners of our vacation homes/suites would like to thank you for
your interest in their homes/suites. The owners and Mountain Vacation Homes believe that
this type of accommodation is an ideal way to spend your ski vacation. However there are Guidelines/Conditions
we would like to see followed when booking vacation homes/suites:
 | Number of occupants should not exceed the maximum
number of people specific to each home/suite.

 | As property manager we are limited to making
"Family Bookings" or bookings to mature/responsible adult groups.
|
 | Home/suite owners DO NOT ALLOW PETS in any of
the vacation homes/suites.
|
 | All units are NON SMOKING.
|
 | Minimum Stay, 2 nights (further
restrictions on some homes)
|
 | Minimum Stay in Peak Season, 5 nights
|
 | Not all units available in the summer season
Hot tubs are not available in the summer months
|
 | Amounts are paid in Canadian Dollars by VISA, Mastercard and AMEX only.
Reservations cannot be made without a credit card.

 | Sorry - Availability will be limited for New Years
'2007/8 and President's Week 2008, especially in our 3-5 bedroom homes.

 | CHECK IN
time is normally not before 4 PM (Check in is at
The Bulldog Hotel Silverstar where a map, keys and directions are given) however, if the
home is ready, an earlier check in will be possible.

 | CHECK OUT time is 11 AM. We have to enforce the check out time
in order to have time to prepare the home for arriving guests. At check
out time, we kindly ask you to lock up the home/suite and bring the keys
to the front desk at The Bulldog Hotel Silver Star.
Upon check out, housekeeping will come in to do a thorough cleaning,
however we do ask that you load and start the dishwasher and leave the
kitchen tidy. There is a charge of $50.00 for any dirty dishes left
after you vacate.

As occupants, you are responsible
for damage or disappearance of furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items in the
home (normal wear and tear expected).
All homes are equipped with telephones. If you are making long distance calls you
are required to use a credit card or calling card. We require a credit card imprint at the
time of check in.
Free Wireless Internet Access is available
for guests staying at The Bulldog Hotel
Silver Star or in one of our Mountain Vacation Homes.
Come and see us at The Bulldog Grand Café - bring your laptop for free
wireless access.
Our housekeeping Crew will visit every day to remove
garbage. Please contact the front desk to arrange for
housekeeping services. We gladly offer mid-stay services to guests
staying 5-nights or longer. Towels, tea towels, linen, dishwash soap and coffee
filters are supplied.
Playpens and high chairs can be pre-booked with our
front desk free of charge. putput@junction.net
