access to their favourite terrain for the 2006-07 season. This new Alpine Meadows

 It was the
biggest news to hit western Canadian ski resorts this winter as Silver Star Mountain
Resort opened up some incredible new terrain for skiers and snowboarders this season.
The new Silver Woods area has 10 runs and 5 gladed areas to play in - as well as
a brand new high-speed detachable quad express chairlift, the Silver Woods Express. With
1,200 feet (340 metres) of vertical, this lift will take you to the top in 5 minutes so
you can explore all 360 acres of this new terrain!
The exciting new runs in Silver Woods feature mainly intermediate blue runs, but
also some black diamonds for those seeking a true challenge.
Add this to the 23 feet of champagne powder and you've got the perfect mix of
immaculately groomed runs and exciting tree skiing.
